PAYMENT POLICY
TradeHerb.com accepts Visa, Matercard, Amex and Echecks via PayPal. PayPal is the world's largest Internet-based payment network. You DO NOT need to have a paypal account to pay using your visa card. To pay using other methods you will need to open a PayPal account. RETURN POLICY
TradeHerb will accept the returns of items sold if they have been damaged during shipping, are defective or are the incorrect items. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. For your own protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery method.
TradeHerb cannot accept the return of any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, any product missing the serial number or that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Or any item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts. TradeHerb does not accept returns of perishable items, but will provide assistance in helping you contact the manufacturer as long as the item has not been tampered with.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Great care is taken when packaging and shipping fragile items however should you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please contact us immediately by email or phone, within 24 hours of receipt of item.
Please ensure that you keep damaged items in their original Packaging and return to us using the return label provided.
If we are able we will replace any damaged item, provided it is in stock, as quickly as possible.
DEFFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is defective, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer for a refund or replacement. You can usually find contact information listed on the product. If you are having difficulty contacting the manufacturer please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
INCORRECT ORDER
Shipments of orders go through several departments and are checked along the way so we are proud to say that we have not gotten an order wrong to date. However to be prepared just in case this should happen we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package and inform us of what is missing or incorrect so we can investigate and quickly rectify the situation. Rest assured that if we are at fault your original order will be shipped to you immediately and you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
